1. Company
1.My Umrah Travel is a trading name of Transglobe Solution Ltd. Located at 100 Avebury Boulevard Milton Keynes is an ATOL registered bearing ATOL number 11965.
1.1My Umrah Travel acts solely as a booking agent and intermediary for travel-related services including flights, accommodation and ground transport.
1.2All services are provided by independent third-party suppliers and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
1.3The Company does not own, operate, or control any such services and acts only as an intermediary.
2. Formation of Contract and Booking Confirmation
2.1All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of request, including telephone bookings, at which point the contract becomes binding.
2.2The lead passenger accepts responsibility for all payments due for all passengers on the booking.
2.3A deposit is required to secure any booking. Security Deposit remain any time non-refundable.
2.4Failure to pay the full balance by the due date may result in cancellation and applicable charges.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1Prices are subject to supplier conditions and may change until full payment is received.
3.2Charter flight prices are fixed once confirmed.
3.3Scheduled flight prices are only guaranteed upon full payment.
3.4The Company reserves the right to pass on any government-imposed taxes, fees, or surcharges.
4. Amendments and Cancellations
4.1All amendments where allowed by the airline/supplier subject our administration fees £75pp. All amendment must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and airline/supplier applicable penalty charges.
4.2Cancellations must be made in writing by the lead passenger.
4.3Cancellation charges may apply up to 100% of the booking value.
4.4Where cancellation /refunds allowed by the airline/supplier a refund are subject to an administration charge of £75 per ticket, irrespective of the number of tickets returned and you will be required to pay a per ticket cancellation charge imposed by the airline or the consolidator pursuant to their terms and conditions. There is no automatic right to a refund. We will arrange for it to be presented to the respective airline or consolidator to assess eligibility for a possible refund in accordance with the relevant airline's or consolidator's terms and conditions.
5. Changes to Arrangements
5.1Minor changes may be made and will be communicated where possible.
5.2In the event of major changes, customers may accept alternatives, rebook, or receive a full refund.
6. Flights and Travel Arrangements
6.1Flight details are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed.
6.2Customers are responsible for reconfirming onward and return flights 72 hours prior departure by calling airline or us.
7. Group Bookings
7.1Minimum participant numbers may apply.
7.2If not met, the Company reserves the right to cancel or adjust pricing.
8. Travel Insurance
8.1Adequate travel insurance is a condition of your contract with either us or the Supplier/Principal in question, as applicable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
8.2Customers declining insurance may be required to sign a waiver accepting responsibility.
9. Travel Documentation, Passports and Health
9.1Customers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and health requirements.
9.2The Company accepts no liability for refusal of travel due to non-compliance.
10. Visa Assistance Services
10.1Visa services are provided strictly on an agency basis.
10.2The Company has no control over visa decisions or processing times.
10.3Visa fees are non-refundable once processing has commenced.
10.4Visa approval or rejection does not affect the chargeability of fees.
10.5Visa validity and usage remain the customer's responsibility. Due to any circumstances Cancellation of travel does not entitle the customer to a refund of visa fees.
11. Nature of Booking & Package Clarification
11.1Some bookings may constitute a "package" under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

However:
Certain services (including visa processing and some supplier charges) are third-party services or disbursements not supplied by Transglobe Solution Ltd.
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, including where issues arise from third-party suppliers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
12. Liability and Force Majeure
12.1The Company is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
12.2The Company is not responsible for losses caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, war ,or government actions.
13. Customer Responsibility and Conduct
13.1Customers are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their party.
13.2The Company may terminate bookings without refund in cases of misconduct.
13.3Customers agree to indemnify the Company against resulting claims or costs.
14. Travel Documents
14.1Documents are issued prior to departure.
14.2Customers must check all documents and report errors immediately.

16. Legal Disclaimer
16.1The Company acts solely as a agent an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers.
16.2All travel services are provided by independent suppliers, and the Company accepts no responsibility for their acts, omissions, delays, or failures.
16.3To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of its services.
16.4Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
16.5These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the Company.
